Hello, and welcome! My name is Patrick Ocheni, and I am the founder of BodyByPatrick.com. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

I’m a husband and dad of 3 wonderful kids. I happen to believe that they’re the cutest kids in the world, but I might just be a little biased. šŸ™‚

I’m a former H.S. wrestler that loves all things related to sports and fitness overall.

My journey into the fitness industry as a certified Personal Trainer (CPT) began in 1999 while I was studying for my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (E.E) at the University of Maryland, College Park.

The 3 things that I enjoy doing the most outside of helping my clients achieve their personal fitness goals are: 1) Spending time with my wife and kids; 2) Working out; and, 3) Watching my favorite sport teams (The Washington Football Team and The Washington Wizards).

What sets me apart as a fitness professional is that I have a diverse experience that I accrued over the past 22 years working with some of the most renowned-and-recognized companies in the world (see their logos below) with a global reach and customer base. This broad experience has enabled me to develop a unique knowledge base including both interpersonal and customer service skills that has helped me serve my clients at the highest level.

I created this website as a way to reach-and-help more people seeking to achieve optimum health through fitness and thus enhance the quality of their lives.
