Cardio vs. Weight Lifting: Which Is Better for Weight Loss?

There has been debates done about cardio or weight lifting being better for weight loss. In the long run, research has shown that high intensity interval training is actually the best way to burn calories. However, there still are advantages for both weight training and cardio. Weight training will help increase your metabolism and therefore allow you to burn calories even after you finish your workout. Cardio on the other hand can help you drop weight quickly and doesn’t require any special equipment.
