There are many different foods that you should eat if you want to have a healthy heart. Americans currently suffer from a poor diet which is why 1 in every 10 of us are diagnosed with heart disease which can lead to a heart attack or a stroke. A great food to eat would be salmon as it can help lower your blood pressure and the risk of an abnormal heartbeat. Oatmeal is also a great food to eat as it has nutrients in it like magnesium and iron.
